All the staff are very helpful and I know that my cat will be well taken care of when I am away. In the 2 years I have been using the cattery I have never had any problems. For me they are the best and deserve 5 stars

Have used Town Furlong for more than 10 years, good reliable service

As the veterinary practice that I had used for the past 11 years, were not taking my sick dog seriously. My daughter suggested I take her to Abingdon vets4pets. They took blood test and found her kidney readings were off the chart as well as her pancreas not working. She was hospitalised for 5 days and they managed to pull her through. The veterinary Practitioners, Lucy and Dan where fantastic, and know there 'stuff' as well as taking the time to talk/pet and try and put the dog at ease. The other members of staff were so very friendly and supportive. I was also phoned daily with updates. I certainly wont go back to the previous vet practice even though it bit further to travel now, but at least I know that my dog is in excellent hands. I would highly recommend this practice to all and sundry.

All members of staff were so friendly and helpful, the Vet we met today Daniel was so kind with our dog he took the time to explain to us in simple terms. Welcomed our dog into the room by getting down to her level to reassure her which helped alot. Really happy with our visit today.

Staff always are nearby to help. Store is clean and tidy even though some dogs have accidents, the staff always promptly clean up with no smells. Great variety of food with good knowledge and specialist members who've taken courses in nutrition. Fab new Step Up To Naturals range for dogs with dodgy tummies (ours is one of those) with good ingredients, non of this 'meat and animal derivatives' nonsense. Sometimes on BOGOHP. You can actually see pieces of fish, whole peas and chunks of sweet potatoes. Good hypoallergenic ranges which they've tried to put in one place but would be nice for a whole hypoallergenic range that covers food, treats and dental sticks etc to save looking at everything. Very good deals, especially when you join the VIP scheme.

Great store with free parking. It has a lift in case you cannot manage the stairs. They even have pets from an animal sanctuary looking for new homes as well as 'brand new' pets.
